Excellent, courteous, timely service and good communications from the initial consultation to the installation; then including a follow-up visit to address an issue / small repair. Joel was terrific! Ours was a unique and sizable request—16 top-down / bottom-up honeycomb shades, of varying sizes, all with remote-controls. Some light-filtering and some blackout. Results are amazing and just what we wanted.
